Owner Profile
Leon Pieters the founder of Black Composites is such an adventurer! He has built his business on the core principles of – make it strong, keep it true to the function, keep it simple and it’s got to look good.
As far back as we can remember, Leon has been pursuing adventure sports recreationally, competitively and sometimes professionally learning a lot about what works and what does not.
For the past 20 years Leon has also tirelessly been honing his skills as a craftsman. This is evident in the quality of the product and the attention to detail.
